“We are called to care — dedicated to serving each resident with grace, dignity, and love.”
Encompass was founded by a husband and wife with a single conviction: that seniors deserve more than institutional efficiency — they deserve a home. Our 10-bed residential setting means every caregiver knows every resident by name.
Encompass was founded by a husband-and-wife team combining clinical excellence with a decade of financial and operational discipline. We opened Encompass because we believe our parents — and yours — deserve better than an institution.

Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Paige provides the clinical oversight at Encompass — overseeing care plans, training the team, and ensuring every resident receives the level of attention she would want for her own family.

A decade of mortgage underwriting and financial analysis brought to senior living operations. Kevin oversees the business, the team, and the family experience — ensuring Encompass runs with operational excellence and the warmth of a real home.
Memory care and assisted living, with the coordinated support to age in place — one team, one home, one all-inclusive rate.
Specialized care for residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive conditions. Secure environment, trained staff, and routines built around each resident's preferences and history.
Support with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, medication management, meals, and mobility — delivered with dignity and independence in mind.
As needs change, we coordinate with visiting physicians, home health, physical therapy, and hospice — so residents can remain in the home they know, with the caregivers they trust, through every stage.
Our caregivers don't rotate across 60 residents. They serve the same 10 people, every shift — learning how Bill likes his coffee, which hymns Marjorie hums, when George needs a quiet moment. That consistency is the care.
Every care plan is overseen by our Clinical Director with input from the family. Medications are managed on-site. Doctors, hospice, physical therapy, and home-health providers are welcomed into our home — so your loved one never has to be moved unless they choose to be.
“The best care doesn't feel like care. It feels like family.”
A home for up to 10 residents. Shared living and dining spaces that feel like a family room — because they are. A kitchen where meals are prepared with care, not plated on trays. Wide doorways without institutional fluorescent lights.
We chose 10 beds on purpose. In a smaller home, caregivers actually know residents — their routines, their stories, their preferences. That intimacy is impossible in a 60-bed facility, and it is a reason families choose us.
Comfortable resident suites, spa-style bathrooms, open kitchen and dining — designed to feel like home.

Holidays, birthdays, family days — the small celebrations that turn a home into a family.

Encompass is nestled in the 85260 zip code — one of North Scottsdale's most accessible and peaceful residential neighborhoods, near the Thunderbird and Hayden corridor.
Choosing a home for a loved one is one of the hardest decisions a family will make. We make it easier — come see our home, meet the team, walk the suites, and ask every question on your mind. Visits are private, unhurried, and always free.
