A boutique, 10-bed memory care home — not an institution. Nurse-practitioner-owned, with 24/7 awake staff and one transparent, all-inclusive rate. The kind of place we'd want for our own parents.
Most memory care in Scottsdale means a 60-to-100-bed building and a per-task price list. We built the opposite.
Ten residents — not a wing of a hundred. Caregivers know every person by name, notice the small changes early, and care in a real house with a real kitchen, not a corridor.
Encompass is owned by Paige, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP, FNP-BC). Clinical judgment lives in the house — care plans, medications, and changes in condition are overseen by an owner who is a provider.
From $6,500/month, everything in the home is included — care, meals and snacks, incontinence supplies, and the day-to-day essentials. No surprise “levels of care” or à-la-carte surcharges stacking onto your bill.
Memory care at Encompass starts with who someone is — their history, their routines, the things that still bring them comfort — and builds the day around that.
Because we care for only ten residents, the day isn't run on a facility schedule. Mornings move at the resident's pace. Meals are shared family-style at one table. Activities are chosen for the people actually in the room, not printed on a calendar months ahead.

Safety shouldn't feel like a lockdown. Our home is secured for residents living with dementia while staying warm, familiar, and calm.
A single-level layout means no stairs to navigate and clear sightlines for staff. Secured entries and a monitored, enclosed outdoor space let residents move freely and safely. Bathrooms are spa-style and barrier-aware, and the whole house is designed to reduce the confusion and agitation that institutional settings can trigger.
The best way to understand the difference 10 beds makes is to walk through the door. Private tours, same week.
“After two big facilities, Encompass felt like a home the moment we walked in. Mom is known here — they catch things we'd have missed.”
“Having a nurse practitioner as the owner changed everything. Medication questions get real answers, the same day, from someone who knows Dad.”
“One price, no surprises. No nickel-and-diming for every little thing the way the big places did. And the care is simply better.”
We care for only ten residents in a real, residential home. That means a higher caregiver-to-resident ratio, staff who know each person individually, and an environment that feels like a house instead of an institution. It's a fundamentally different experience from a 60–100 bed building.
Rooms start at $6,500 per month, and the rate is all-inclusive. That covers care, meals and snacks, incontinence supplies, and the everyday essentials of living in the home — without the per-task surcharges or escalating “levels of care” common elsewhere. See our memory care cost page for the full breakdown.
Yes. The home has secured entries and a monitored, enclosed outdoor space so residents can move about safely. The single-level, step-free layout and 24/7 awake staff are designed specifically for residents living with dementia and Alzheimer's.
Encompass is owned by a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP, FNP-BC). Care plans and medication management are overseen with direct clinical judgment, and staff administer and track medications on-site. Learn more on our dementia & Alzheimer's care page.
Yes — we care for residents living with Alzheimer's, vascular dementia, Lewy body dementia, and other cognitive conditions, and we adapt the care plan as the condition progresses.
Our goal is aging in place. We coordinate with visiting physicians, home health, physical therapy, and hospice so that, in most cases, residents can remain in the home they know rather than being moved as their needs grow.
